Poetic Justice Wanaka featured poets 2010

Poetic Justice Wanaka has received funding from the Upper Clutha Community Arts Council to bring in some well-know New Zealand poets as featured readers.

First up will be Brian Turner on Monday, 15 February. From the New Zealand Book Council website:

As one of New Zealand’s most significant writers on landscape, environmentalism and sport, Turner brings a fresh perspective to nature poetry, and at once aims to be personal but unsentimental in his approach. Brian Turner was appointed as the fourth Te Mata Estate New Zealand Poet Laureate in 2003.

Come along to hear Brian along with our regular selection of words and wine. All welcome to read, all welcome to watch!
